NOTE: For Credit Line Approval we buy insurance coverage. Unless a PO is submitted, there will be a $50 fee billed to the customer. Take in consideration that once the credit line has been granted, any credit line increase request during the first 30 days after approval, for the first time or revised, a charge of $50 will be billed to the customer. Each credit line is revised yearly, on each 1st of June.

Payment:

If credit is approved, this shall constitute a credit agreement. First order must be paid in no more than 15 days. Customer agrees to pay all invoices within thirty (30) days of invoice date and agrees to pay a late charge of 1.5% per month (18% annual rate) on all past due balances. In the event Ocean Biz LLC is required to collect unpaid invoices, it shall be entitled to recover reasonable collections costs and attorney fees from Customer. Venue shall be in Miami‐Dade County, Florida and Customer consents to the court’s jurisdiction and hereby waives objection. The undersigned consents to the release of its credit, banking, and financial history annually.
